Granite Works is a 4 story apartment building with the bottom level being parking garage. (It’s not a basement, it’s at grade) located along the Crow River in Delano. It has a 28,000 SF building footprint. Fehn's completed a soil correction under the building pad that included exporting 10,000 CY of unsuitable soils, and importing 10,000 CY of clean sand.
