PROJECT DESCRIPTION
One Southdale Place is located at the southeast corner of Southdale Center shopping mall in Edina. This upscale 10 story condo building also has a mix of retail space at the street level. The five acre site required exporting 55,000 CY of sand mainly due to the two levels of underground parking garages. Kraus Anderson was the General Contractor.
