This site involves moving around 400,000 CY of soil for a 1,000,000 SF building. The site is over 70 acres in size, includes constructing 4 ponds, 1,800 lineal feet of roadway and just over 20 acres of concrete and bituminous pavements. The clay soils on this site are especially challenging to work due to their high moisture content.
